Newcastle Belly Dance Workshops with Sabrina and Loveday (10/07/2010)
A fantastic opportunity to study with some of the Tarab dancers. Sabrina and Anna are fabulous dancers, great teachers and really lovely ladies, and will be here to teach some workshops on subjects we don't get the chance to have a go at often around Newcastle! Both workshops are Open Level. This means that they're suitable for all, and will offer something for everyone.
Workshop 1: Introduction to Khaleegi with Sabrina Owen
1pm - 2.30pm
Learn the sounds and movements from the Gulf regions. An infectious, fun and high energy dance guaranteed to make you smile.
Workshop 2: Bellyton with Loveday (Anna Bisco)
2.45pm - 4.15pm
A fun and funky high energy fusion workshop blending Reggaeton and Belly Dance moves, including both technique and choreography. Some experience of basic belly dance moves helpful but not essential.
Workshops are a great value price of £12 each, or £20 if you book to attend both workshops.
